surprise surprise...i should be finishing projects but instead i am trying out the lovely little purse pattern that lyn so kindly shared over at molly chicken...
i have been wanting to experiment with some applique and embroidery and i like how the red shoes turned out...could be just the thing to practice on sunday nights while i am watching a certain television show...

Your purse turned out beautifully! I love the red shoes, too! Embroidery is very satisfying, isn't it (I'm very amateur, but enjoying it). Especially when you can watch Idol at the same time. Ah... who will go tonight?!?

That's so sweet - isn't it a great pattern? I haven't tried it out yet but it looks like something I could do. I love the applique/embroidery work - such a pretty touch.
Idol is so addictive huh? I was a bit sad that Tarni went - but I'll get over it - especially with Dan on the show ;).
